Structured legal protocol governing all GrabJet mission operations.
1. Acceptance of Protocol
By accessing or utilizing the GrabJet platform, you implicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These protocols govern the relationship between the client and GrabJet's brokerage infrastructure.
2. Brokerage Definition
GrabJet operates as a private aviation brokerage. We do not own aircraft. All missions are executed by certified third-party carriers under FAA Part 135 or EASA AOC regulation.
3. Financial Architecture
All quotations are dynamic and based on real-time aviation market data. Payment confirmation is required prior to aircraft assignment.
4. Mission Cancellation
Cancellation policies vary by timing window. Operator-driven cancellations result in full refund or replacement mission prioritization.
5. Operational Liability
Operational liability resides with certified flight operators. GrabJet is not responsible for weather, ATC, or infrastructure disruptions.
6. Data Sovereignty
Client data is used exclusively for mission execution and compliance. No data is sold or externally monetized.
7. Jurisdictional Authority
All disputes are governed under the jurisdiction of New York commercial law.
